description

This offering from the distant land is grown at a height of around 6000 ft. This gives the tea a refreshing flavor even as the cool and humid climate of the region plays a part in its unique character. The smooth liquor has a vegetal aroma and taste coupled with subtle hints of wet wood and nuts around the edges.

aroma:
Marked by notes of cooked vegetables, fresh legumes, young bark and soft raw fruity undertones
appearance:
Light gold
taste:
The liquor is light-bodied, clean and has a slight astringent feel right from the start. A distinct raw note, similar to cooked veggies coupled with muted flavours of unripe tree fruit is prominent throughout the length of the cup. Intermittently, an undercurrent of wet wood can be perceived around the edges. A soft nutty flavor can be picked up in the aftertaste.
