The cup is sweet, crisp, slightly tart and in parts, floral. Woody and chocolaty notes start the cup, mellow and restrained in intensity. The liquor turns dense and big around the middle. Tart notes emerge around the same time, turning fruity towards the end. The aftertaste is of pineapple.
