Kopi Chia Iced Tea
When it’s time to be active, this is the ideal tea to knock back. It is characterized by a rich coffee flavor, which in turn lends itself to producing a dark, chocolaty-hued liquor. The distinct taste of coffee is surprisingly pleasant and blends smoothly with the tea, making it a quite the balanced brew. Marked by a brisk taste, delicate body and savory hints of cinnamon, this tea is best had in the morning.
How to Brew
Prepare tea as recommended. Once steeped, discard leaves and allow tea to cool before refrigerating. To serve, pour chilled tea into a tall glass filled with ice. Garnish as desired.
