The liquor starts out quite soft and clean. Subtle notes of burnt wood can be perceived immediately which subside to reveal a more sweeter texture; similar to sweet greens which gradually becomes prominent. Intermittently, raw notes play around the edges and renders the cup a bit astringent. A soft nutty flavor can be picked up towards the end.
